What happens if the product that I have ordered is out of stock:
Guitar Brothers will contact you via email or phone informing you of the delay time in the product becoming
available and whether this delay is acceptable. Custom orders will be treated in the same way. Custom orders will
have to be paid for in full before Guitar Brothers will process the order.
Custom orders are non refundable.
Orders and Confirmation
Orders may be placed online at www.guitarbrothers.com.au.
Acceptance of orders is entirely at the discretion of Guitar Brothers. Orders
are not accepted by Guitar Brothers, until we provide you with an email
confirmation of your order.
Prices and Payment
Unless otherwise specified, the prices shown on this website include GST, Delivery
and Transit Insurance. The delivery price for goods and the applicable
insurance surcharge for the goods in transit, will be shown separately at the
checkout before orders are actually placed. Orders can
only be accepted where an Australian address is given for delivery. Risk in the
goods passes to the customer upon delivery to the given address.
We accept VISA and Mastercard online. Bankcard, American
Express, Money Order, Bank Cheque or Direct Deposit are all accepted and
processed at our Red Hill Store. Additional processing time is required for
Money Order, Bank Cheque or Direct Deposit.
Availability and Delivery
Every effort will be made to source the product on behalf of our customers
in a timely manner and for orders of print, which will not be available to ship
within days, we will contact you following receipt of your order and provide you
with an estimated delivery time. However, we recommend that you check the
expected delivery time before placing your order by emailing sales@guitarbrothers.com.au.
Please note however, that because we are reliant on suppliers and freight companies, we cannot guarantee delivery times even where
we have provided an estimate.
Where more than one item is ordered, items may not arrive simultaneously. There
will be no additional freight charge to you in this instance unless your items are sent separately at your request.
Warranties
All new products are sold with the supplier's limited warranties. The terms
of the warranty vary depending upon the supplier and product. Please email info@guitarbrothers.com.au
for further details. Except to the extent required by law or to the
extent otherwise specified, Guitar Brothers provides no separate warranty.
Disclaimer
Because prices, product descriptions and availability can change quickly, Guitar
Brothers does not warrant the accuracy or completeness of information on this
website and will not be responsible for any typographical errors or errors in
illustrations, pictures or descriptions. Pictures of products are for
illustration only and actual product may differ from the picture shown. The
only time that this disclaimer is not in affect is in our "Vintage Vault" where
the products displayed are sold in 'as is' condition.
Refunds Policy
You are entitled to a refund or repair or exchange or credit if the products you have bought are:
- faulty;
- significantly different to those shown or described to you; or
- not doing what they are supposed to do, as per their given description
When you buy, you should choose carefully. You don't automatically get a refund for
simply changing your mind, unless this was a condition of the sale.
Receipt is required as proof of purchase.
You may take advantage of the Refunds Policy by visiting our Red Hill store.
Where goods are being returned by delivery, Guitar Brothers will reimburse
you the delivery costs.
