Here we have a stunning example of a Vintage 4 Bolt Fender Stratocaster in glorious 3 colour sunburst finish made at the Fullerton California, USA Fender factory In 1970.
Weighing in at a lightweight 3.4kg, this one owner beauty was played and loved since 1970.

The guitar is in excellent all original condition except for a recent expert refret in Standard Jumbo Stainless Steel wire, done by master luthier Chris Melville in Brisbane, Australia. Chris also did a comprehensive service and set up on the guitar which now plays like butter. Comes with the original Australian Hard Case .

Featuring a three-tone sunburst alder body, maple neck with a rosewood fretboard, four-bolt neck join, 3 way selector switch, Pat-Pending pressed steel saddles, steel vibrato block, all original electrics except for a new Switchcraft output socket that was fitted as the old one no longer worked (it's in the case). All original grey bobbin pickups (that sound fantastic!) and the large headstock with the later CBS/Hendrix style logo.

This is a GREAT sounding and playing vintage Stratocaster, suitable for a collector or a player looking for that classic vintage Strat tone.
