SHIPPING POLICY

We offer a competitive economy freight option on all orders by default (bulky/heavy items and WA/NT/TAS/SA/FNQ and regional/remote destinations may incur additional charges, based upon shipping size and weight). We are always happy to quote the courier service of your choice, please don't hesitate contact us if you have a preference. All instruments, amplifiers and large goods are sent via national courier services and are fully insured & trackable to your door. Where offered, express shipping will be subject to the same conditions and limitations with regard to regional shipping, excess size and/or weight. 

If you require more information on shipping to your area please contact us. We reserve the right to cancel orders where the freight costs are dramatically excess of what our website system automatically quotes - it's a big country and in a small number of cases regional courier charges can be extreme. In these rare instances, we will do everything we can to work with you and help you get the gear you want at the most competitive price. 

IN-STORE PICKUP: We also offer free IN-STORE PICKUP with orders generally ready to collect within 24 hours from our store in Red Hill, QLD. Please bring your confirmation email and ID with you when collecting.

RETURNS


You are entitled to either a refund, repair, exchange or credit if the products you’ve bought are faulty, not as described, or not fit for the purpose for which they are designed.

It's important to us that you are happy with your purchase, but please be mindful that we don't automatically give refunds for change of mind. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us and we will work with you to try to find a mutually agreeable solution.

If your return is related to a warranty issue, please allow us reasonable time to conduct a warranty assessment on the product. Sometimes this means we have to send the product back to our supplier or an external warranty assessor. Be assured we will always try to do this as quickly as humanly possible.

In some cases returns will attract a restocking fee of up to 20% (with the exception of warranty claim), we will discuss this with you at the time.

Requests for returns will only be accepted within 30 days of you receiving the goods (with the exception of warranty claim). No returns will be accepted unless we are contacted first. If we agree to accept a return for anything other than a warranty claim, you may be responsible for return shipping costs. Credits and refunds are limited to the cost of the goods excluding freight charges in most cases.
