Our T Bone is a re-creation of the best a ‘50s or ‘60s vintage T style guitar has to offer, then more. This is a custom order unique to Guitar Brothers.

Down in sunny Southern California is a small team of people dedicating themselves to bringing you the sweetest and easiest music you’ve ever played. Every aspect is crafted by hand, transforming a piece of lumber into an instrument that just draws the music right out of you. All of our details, process, and examples of the custom work we do are laid out here for you. We hope you enjoy perusing and dreaming of the guitar you always thought would be too good to be true.

Each body is built and detailed by hand. Each neck is hand shaped. Then we lay on the thinnest possible nitrocellulose lacquer finish and that finish is then weather checked. This creates a very airy, open, articulate tone that is then enhanced by our own, LSL hand-wound pickups.

This is as close as you can get to achieving the tone, playability, look and feel of a vintage guitar. Our T Bones have found their way into the hands of many a player who has replaced their 50s vintage instrument with our own. The best materials, best processes and a love and care for each guitar is what makes the T Bone the new standard in vintage-style instruments. We make them all for ourselves but then we have to sell them.

All of our T Styles are tone monsters. Their pickups sing and are very touch responsive. They shine brightest in their higher gain applications where they cut through without piercing.
